TUI Blue Barut Andiz - All Inclusive - Adults Only

This is a very nice and cozy hotel. I love everything about it! Stayed there 3 times in a row and will come again?. The stuff is very friendly and professional. The facilities are perfect. Food is delicious.

The kindness of the staff is the most outstanding thing from this wonderful place on earth. Congrats to the entire team and managers who all did their best to satisfy really all our needs and requirements and from all other guests in the best way possible.Pool, Hotel, rooms are always perfect cleaned. Cocktails are delicious and huge variety.Food is really fresh, delicious, super varied and different every day and evening. Sometimes even in the breakfast.A la carte restaurants are really delicious also.Quietness of the resort helps you disconnect.Sport activities along with the fitness instructor are an enormous plus. He is so much fun and joy and knowledgeable in the same time! Helped us learn to dance and train daily.Hotel manager is absolutely non stop present and everywhere, taking care of connecting with people in a genuine way and listening to their needs or feelings. This for sure is the biggest plus. Along with the other managers and captains (bar and restaurant captains, super friendly and helpful all the time).Beach is not so far away as in the comments. 2-4 minutes walk from hotel straight to the private beach where u have your own towels received nicely in a bag in your room when u arrive. And drinks on the beach also.

Some "nice to have" would be an improvement in the mattress from bed. They are not the best, but new and in good condition. Also, in the rooms with "double bed", a big mattress would be better than 2 united. Another nice thing would be a not so noisy cleaning all day long. Sometimes is hard to take a nap during the day because literally they clean all day long :)On the private beach they have, sadly, people are somehow allowed to come with chairs or towels in front of the sunbeds right near the sea. Which transforma the adults only experience in a extremely noisy beach experience.Last but not least, if more personell would speak English, would be fantastic and more easy to communicate.

Location was perfect for us. One minute walk to the beach and the promenade. We could walk into Antik Side. Beach was lovely, very well looked after by the beach attendant, bringing us round fruit and ice creams every day. The hotel was not your typical all inclusive, it was more intimate. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We spoke to some of the other guests and some have been coming back year on year. I can understand why. The hotel feels like a family run hotel and when you go there you become part of it. The best part of the day for us was going to the sunset bar to see the sunset, simply stunning. The bar tender there was great. Also the bar tender at the lobby, he was also so happy and professional. Sorry I couldn’t remember all their names. I read the reviews before coming here and so glad I did, they are spot on. Will be back for sure.

This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access.

There are many cats on the territory of the hotel, which may not like to all guests. It was not a problem for us.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the food was really delicious and they have a great variety of it. The location is 3 minutes from the sea on foot. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Guests are mostly elderly.

I would like to have more cocktails on the menu, without any sugar or syrups, most of them are typical sweet cocktails that people usually drink on the seaside, and I understand it, but for people who try to avoid sugar drinking wine is only one option. :) Also, the air in the hammam is very dry. I visited it and the thermometer showed 36% humidity inside. I was surprised because it should be almost 100%. So it was useless.

there's nothing you can't like about this hotel and it's staff.the hotel is sparkling clean, the staff are warm, friendly and very good at making you feel appreciated. Any issues, are sorted immediately ( thank you Memet).All the facilities this hotel are of really good quality, the spar is fantastic, the gym is well equipped and fresh, the pool area is beautifully kept, the restaurants serve amazing food and the rooms are kept spotless.you could just go on and on! The staff and management really do care about your experience.

honestly there nothing not to like!

The Hotel is very friendly and cozy. Even cats are polite and delicate not to mention other staff members ). Mehmet Ali, the front office manager, was unostentatiously keeping his eye on every little detail of our stay. Gizem, the receptionist, was so nice and helpful. Finally, Ergin Sarp, Hotel General Manager, was personally meeting us at the check-out and accompanied us on the way to the limo transfer to the airport. Thanks a real lot - the warmest receipt ever.

Some rooms are rather small but with the upgrade we were offered the Hotel is well exceeded our highest expectations

Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.

Everything was first class, all the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The food was exceptional and the entertainment probably the best we have experiences in any hotel. The facilities at the private beach again were very good. We could not fault anything.

I don't think anything could be better. I am sure there is something that could be improved but I can't think of it!!

It was extremely clean. A nice hotel to chill for a few days. The food was excellent. Pool was great too and in a 3 mins walk you reach the sea / small private beach strip. Very quiet.

Size of the rooms. In my pov to small. Bed could be bigger and the bathroom too. Would have expected it to be more modern also.A very limited selection of food and beverages by the sea. There is no bar at the beach but help yourself fridges with a few snacks, red and white wine but no beers for example. Some of the waiters at the pool bar were very annoying and kind of flirting with every women so for me that was a bit annoying and too much unfortunately.

Amazing staff, great food, cleanliness exceptional

Everything was perfect

First and foremost - the staff was really great everywhere around the hotel. The receptionists were super helpful and friendly, assisted with various requests and questions (e.g. we needed to change the pillows for more comfortable ones, and it was easily achieved on the same day). The waiters, bartenders and cleaning personnel have always had a smile on their face. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained - the rooms, the pool area, kantine and the beach. I also personally loved the cats who walked onto the territory :)). The food was also quite good, especially on the Turkish night. In general the hotel is more like a 5 star than 4 to be honest, probably the star is off because you have to walk about 4 minutes to the private beach through the "city", but it's really more of a promenade and we enjoyed it as well.

The 8 points however do have a reason. The hotel is really great, but looks and feels a bit "tired" - there are some poorly painted areas in the bathroom, some rusty nails here and there, the beds are a little squeaky and the mattress not too comfy for my taste. The rain shower in our room was also a little too weak, and there was no handle for the main shower head to hang, so it was a bit of a challenge. I personally don't enjoy the separate toilet with really thin and almost transparent doors, but some might not care.BUT again I'm being fairly strict here and I've got a decent experience with Turkish 5* hotels (and this one is really a 5* candidate :). I would still very much consider coming the next season and maybe choosing a room of higher category or just seeing whether any of my thoughts were taken into account :)

unable to get a sun bed in the sun until lunch when the sun came round as i was not prepared to get up @ around 7am to reserve one in the sun

What was amazing: - food, large selection (still have pig meet); - sweets were really good (usually in Turkey beautiful sweets, but don’t delicious); - every time free sun-beds near the pool; - staff, working quickly and they all know English (only with 1 waiter we had accident, a manager of hotel fixed problem and help, after that accident I didn’t see this waiter);- hotel likes cats (I founded one cat, whom I carried food all the time);- cocktails good (if compare with standart 5 stars hotel in Turkey).There are no young people, only pre-retirement and retirement age.NO NOISE FROM CHILDREN, every time quite ! It is incredibly nice.

- my wish, give more food to cats, meat that is left over from guests, please;- only 1 type of beers, draft Efes.

Good location close to beach and little walking distance to Site, nice tourist attraction with ancient city walls and majestic columns. They are in process of excavation and restoration. Many bars, souvenir shops there and chance to walk and spend nice evening. Hotel is not very big, not too crowded therefore and more suitable for those who is really looking for relax and rest. Good variety of food options, huge variety of deserts, local entries. excellent service, very polite and friendly staff

We were three people and bed for third guest was not comfortable. In any case not for a big size adult. Food a bit repetitive and main dishes (warm) taste too simple. Alcoholic beverages not very good. Wine in included options only local and rather average quality.

The food at the buffet was amazing, fresh salads everyday. Particularly enjoyed Turkish night and the gala night. All the staff are very conscientious and friendly. They organised a small party with fizz for my dad and a birthday cake in the evening.There was entertainment on throughout the day and shows in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis.

The tui staff did not seem to have a formal desk so sometimes hard to find them. But they were always polite and helpful.

We first came to this hotel almost 10 years ago and loved our time here. We wondered if it would be as good as we remembered and it was - the hotel is very clean and comfortable, the food is fantastic with so much choice (we particularly enjoyed the fresh salads and array of desserts on offer!) and the staff always go above and beyond. We were celebrating Dad's 60th birthday on this trip so we asked if we could arrange for a bottle of bubbles to be available at the beach in the morning, not only did they do this but they also booked us in for a wonderful a la carte dinner and made his evening very special. We cannot praise the staff highly enough. The hotel is also in a great location - the beach is very close by and it's a pleasant walk along the seafront into Side. We will be back!

There was nothing we didn't like!

Small hotel so buffet wasn't huge but a great selection and quality. A la carte lunch/snack restaurant a great alternative. Quality of drinks were great and never had to wait to be served and the pool had an excellent waiter service. Swim up room great for a more chilled out/quiet relax. Hotel very well maintained to a high standard and clean throughout. Staff were very friendly and always making sure that everything was OK. Rooftop bar great for a sunset drink or a quiet place during the day with great views. Good location, a short walk to the beach, local bars and markets. Beach/pool bag a lovely touch.

A la carte evening restaurant - nice idea but took too long and for an all inclusive I would want bigger/more substantial servings.
